  • Webmail. We also use webmail hosted by our domain provider for certain email correspondence.

  • Our accountant. We share invoice and payment records with our accountant for bookkeeping, tax returns, and financial compliance. Our accountant is bound by professional confidentiality.

06 How Long We Keep Your Data

We only keep your personal data for as long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. For accounting and tax purposes, we are required to retain financial records for 7 years. Other personal data is deleted or archived once it is no longer needed.

For active clients, we keep project files, account credentials, and correspondence for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return for further work or updates.

Where the law requires us to keep records longer, we will retain them only for the period legally required and then securely delete them.

07 International Data Transfers

Some of the third-party tools we use are based outside the European Union, including in the United States. When your data is transferred to these providers, we rely on safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
